What it is

HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a glycoprotein hormone composed of alpha and beta subunits, structurally related to LH, FSH, and TSH. Research-grade HCG shares the beta-subunit sequence associated with luteinizing hormone receptor (LHCGR) binding activity.
