Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only when authorized by Quiet Labs and when the applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

To be considered for a return, a product generally must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, reconstituted, improperly stored, damaged after delivery, or otherwise removed from their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Requesting a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, contact Quiet Labs promptly after receiving the shipment.

When submitting a return request, please provide your order number, the product involved, the reason for the request, and any other information reasonably requested to review the matter.

If the return is approved, Quiet Labs may provide instructions regarding where and how the product should be returned.

Sending a product to us without authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted or that a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to product integrity, handling, safety, storage, or other legitimate considerations.

Non-returnable products may include:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products that have been reconstituted, mixed, altered, or modified.
• Products removed from their original sealed packaging where product integrity can no longer reasonably be verified.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Products for which a return cannot reasonably be accepted because of applicable legal, regulatory, safety, or product-integrity considerations.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact Quiet Labs promptly after delivery so that we can review the issue.

Please retain the product, shipping box, internal packaging, shipping label, and any other materials associated with the shipment until the matter has been reviewed.

We may request clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number and other relevant information.

Depending on the circumstances and the results of our review, an eligible claim may result in a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Products or Orders

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, contact Quiet Labs promptly and provide your order number and information regarding the item received.

Please do not open, use, modify, or dispose of an incorrect product while the matter is under review.

If we confirm that an incorrect item was sent due to an order fulfillment error, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the item or another remedy.

Missing Items

If your shipment arrives but an item from your order appears to be missing, contact Quiet Labs promptly.

Please provide your order number and identify the item you believe is missing. We may review fulfillment, shipment, inventory, package weight, or other available records before determining the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, payment method, and other processing factors outside Quiet Labs' control.

An approved refund does not necessarily appear in your account immediately after it has been initiated.

Shipping charges, processing costs, or other amounts may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and depending on the circumstances of the return.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Quiet Labs as soon as possible after the order is placed.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order has already shipped, any available resolution will be determined under the applicable return provisions of this policy.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, Quiet Labs will provide applicable return instructions.

Responsibility for return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return.

Where a return results from a confirmed fulfillment error or eligible product issue attributable to Quiet Labs, we may provide or reimburse appropriate return shipping as part of the resolution.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Return and refund requests relating to packages that are lost during shipment or marked as delivered but cannot be located may require a separate carrier investigation.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact Quiet Labs with your order number and tracking information if you experience a delivery issue.

The availability of a replacement, refund, or other resolution will depend on the circumstances and results of any applicable review or carrier investigation.

Research Products

Quiet Labs products designated for research use are offered solely for their stated laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or use.

A return or refund will not be authorized solely because a purchaser later decides to use, intended to use, or expected to use a research product for a purpose inconsistent with its stated designation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with an order, we encourage you to contact Quiet Labs so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve legitimate concerns.

We may provide relevant transaction, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, communication, and policy records to a payment provider or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.

Policy Changes

Quiet Labs may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, services, operational requirements, or applicable legal requirements.

When this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date may be changed.
