Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and the order has passed any applicable verification procedures.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, payment verification, or other circumstances.

Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Quiet Labs reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations or jurisdictions.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Quiet Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number. A shipping label being created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or processed the package.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside Quiet Labs' control.

If your shipment appears delayed, please review the carrier's tracking information first. If additional assistance is required, contact Quiet Labs with your order number and relevant shipping information.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible carrier inquiries but cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be considered.

If tracking indicates that an order was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location, household members, reception areas, neighboring addresses where appropriate, and any carrier delivery notices before contacting us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact Quiet Labs promptly after delivery.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label. We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue and, where applicable, submit a carrier claim.

Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages may be returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related reasons.

If an order is returned to Quiet Labs, we will review the circumstances and contact the customer regarding available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be sent again because of incorrect customer-provided information or circumstances outside Quiet Labs' control.

International Shipping

If Quiet Labs offers international shipping, customers are responsible for determining whether the products they order may legally be purchased, imported, possessed, and used for their intended research purpose in the destination jurisdiction.

Customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other requirements may apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are the customer's responsibility.

Quiet Labs cannot guarantee customs clearance or international delivery times.

Research Products

Products designated for research use are offered for their stated laboratory, analytical, or scientific research purposes.

Shipping a product to a particular destination should not be interpreted as a representation that the product is approved, permitted, or appropriate for any particular use in that jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to their purchase, possession, handling, and intended research use.
