What it is

The Mito Stack combines MOTS-c, a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for its role in AMPK signaling and metabolic homeostasis, SS-31 (elamipretide), a peptide studied for targeting cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane, and NAD+, the coenzyme mitochondria require for redox reactions and ATP production. Together they represent three distinct angles on the same mitochondrial energy system \u2014 a signaling regulator, a structural stabilizer, and the metabolic substrate itself.

Research has examined MOTS-c's role in metabolic and exercise-adaptation signaling, SS-31's effects on mitochondrial membrane structure and oxidative stress, and NAD+'s function as a cofactor in cellular energy production, with mitochondrial-support research literature frequently discussing the three in combination.

Handling & storage

Each compound is supplied as a separate lyophilized vial (MOTS-c 40mg, SS-31 10mg, and NAD+ 500mg). Store refrigerated or frozen, protected from light, prior to reconstitution. Reconstitute and handle each vial according to its individual protocol.
