GLP-3R is a retatrutide-class compound, a synthetic unimolecular peptide engineered to act as a triple receptor agonist across the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon (GCGR) receptors simultaneously. It was developed as a next-generation extension of single- and dual-incretin receptor agonist peptide research.
