What it is

The Secretagogue Stack pairs Sermorelin, a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, with Ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist (GHRP). The two act on distinct receptors in the same GH-release pathway \u2014 Sermorelin studied for stimulating pulsatile GH release, Ipamorelin studied for suppressing somatostatin's inhibitory signal \u2014 mirroring the mechanism behind the well-known CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combination, with Sermorelin acting as the shorter-acting alternative to CJC-1295.

Research has examined GHRH analogs and ghrelin-mimetic peptides in combination for their complementary effects on growth hormone pulse amplitude and frequency, a pairing widely discussed across growth-hormone secretagogue research literature.

Handling & storage

Each peptide is supplied as a separate lyophilized vial (Sermorelin 10mg and Ipamorelin 10mg). Store refrigerated or frozen, protected from light, prior to reconstitution. Reconstitute and handle each vial according to its individual protocol.
